E-commerce is much more than just adding a "shopping cart"

Some web companies consider a "shopping cart" to be the same thing as "e-commerce". At Kreofusion, we understand that while having a "shopping cart" is an important aspect of implementing an e-commerce application, it's not the only thing. When someone makes a purchase online, there is an entire process that needs to be considered and then streamlined:

1. User browses or directly searches for a product
2. User obtains more information about a certain product to make a purchase decision
3. User compares products to make a purchase decision
4. User adds item into a shopping cart
5. User selects method of payment before paying
6. User modifies order
7. User tracks shipping
8. User returns to make another purchase using the same account information
9. User provides feedback on the user experience

While the steps above are not necessarily done all the time for every transaction, your system should be able to perform all the above reliably, securely, and intuitively.
